2. Cashback Offers
- Cashback rates may change anytime without prior notice.
- Users must log in and shop via Quicks' affiliate links.
- Cashback applies only after merchant approval.
- Cancelled, returned, or fraudulent orders are excluded.
3. Cashback Tracking & Confirmation
Cashback is credited once the merchant confirms the transaction, which may take up to 90 days. Avoid ad blockers, VPNs, or incognito mode for reliable tracking.
4. Minimum Payout & Withdrawal
- A minimum cashback threshold is required for withdrawal.
- Payouts via UPI, bank transfer, or gift cards.
- Processing typically takes 3–10 business days.
- User is responsible for correct payment details.
5. Referral Program
- Only genuine referrals are accepted.
- Referral terms can change without notice.
- Fake accounts will be suspended and earnings forfeited.
6. User Responsibilities
Users must not engage in fraud, create multiple accounts, share login credentials, or use automation tools. Violation may lead to account suspension and loss of earnings.
7. Modifications to Services
We may modify or discontinue any aspect of the Platform, including cashback rates or merchant partnerships, without notice.
8. Account Termination
Accounts suspected of misuse may be suspended. Cashback earnings may be withheld in such cases.
9. Intellectual Property
All content is owned or licensed by Quicks. Do not reproduce without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for losses due to tracking failures, policy changes, or technical errors.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law and fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
